How to use a proxy with TrafficBot Pro

1. Set proxy in campaign settings

Open the campaign setup in TrafficBot Pro and look for the Proxy Settings section. Paste your proxy in the format: http://ip:port For multiple proxies, upload a .txt file with one proxy per line.

2. Use authenticated proxies

Format proxies with credentials as: http://username:password@ip:port TrafficBot Pro will automatically parse and apply login details during traffic simulation.

3. Rotate proxies per visit

Enable the “Rotate Proxy on Each Visit” option. This helps mimic organic traffic and avoid detection by analytics tools or anti-bot systems.

No, TrafficBot Pro is built for HTTP/HTTPS proxies. SOCKS proxies are not supported in the standard version.

How do I check if my proxy is working in TrafficBot Pro?

Enable proxy logging in the app. It shows the proxy used for each visit and whether it was accepted by the target site.

Does TrafficBot Pro support IPv6 proxies?

Yes, as long as they’re formatted correctly. Use bracketed IPv6 addresses when combined with ports: [2001:db8::1]:8080.

What proxy format is accepted in the import file?
