  • What is the difference between a Seedbox and a VPN?

    A Seedbox operates independently from your local internet connection and it can also have VPN capabilities.

    A Seedbox is not relying on your internet bandwidth but on its own and usually, comes with a fast port. A VPN, while offers secure and anonymous connectivity, is relying on your local bandwidth.

    The safety of the Seedbox resides in the fact it is physically based on a remote location and under a different jurisdiction.

  • Which torrent clients do we support?

    We support 2 BitTorrent clients: Deluge and rTorrent (ruTorrent).

  • How long is the setup time for my Seedbox?

    Our setup is done automatically, once the payment has been received your Seedbox will be ready for you in 2 minutes. In case or errors in our backend, your Seedbox should be received in up to 24 hours.

  • Is there a traffic limit in my Seedbox?

    Your traffic is unlimited unless stated otherwise during the order process.

  • Can I upgrade my plan?

    Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any moment you wish. Just contact us using the Client Area or e-mail us at [email protected]

  • Do you do a Site to Site/Seedbox to Seedbox migration?

    The answer is yes! We offer data transfers from both within our network and from external sources as well. If you would like to upgrade to a plan, or have us put you on a different server, we can move your data for you. We also offer the ability to log into your current providers Seedbox via FTP and download all of your old data so you do not lose anything by moving toRapidSeedbox.com

  • Will taxes be included in my monthly invoice?

    No. This applies to all customers worldwide. We do not charge any taxes. The price you see is the final. No VAT or any kind of sales tax. The reason: We are a Non-EU & Non-US business entity. You get to enjoy the savings on your end.

  • Do I have to worry about you giving away my email or data?

    No. Our highest standard and mission is to provide you with anonymity. Your contact information and private data are yours and yours alone. They’re safe with us, and will not be shared with any 3rd party. We’ll email you about product and company updates, but you can opt out at any time. Learn more about our Terms Of Service.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • What login credentials do I have in my Seedbox?


    Your Seedbox comes with Deluge, ruTorrent, uTorrent pre-installed, you get the credentials to all of them! But this is just the start, you’ll also have root access to an SSH shell, Remote Desktop with dozens of applications, Secure downloading via FTPs and sFTP, HTTPS based file browsing and downloading, OpenVPN and more.

  • Can I install additional programs/software in my Seedbox?

    Of course! Your Seedbox comes with root access  so you can modify and install everything. We can do installations for you too. If things break, we can always fully re-install your Seedbox.

  • What is the difference between a Dedicated Server and a Seedbox?

    A Dedicated Server is a server that only you have access to,. You have your own individual connection to the network, you have complete control over resources, and you are the only user on that server. A Seedbox is a virtual server, meaning there is 1 main server and a few users have to share the servers bandwidth. In our Seedbox plans, each user has its own own desktop, each user have their own set of memory, disk space and CPU power. One user simply can’t bog down the entire server, and you simply do not notice you are using a shared server as well.

  • Where are your Servers located?

    Our servers are currently located in France and Netherlands.

  • Do you offer IP's?

    Our company can offer a large number of IP’s for your use.

    You can attach multiple IP’s to your Seedbox, and multiple IP’s to your Dedicated Server as well.

    We can offer big ranges for rent as well, up to 22 blocks. For more information, please contact us regarding this.

  • Do you offer discounts or run promotions?

  • How many users are there per server?

    Depending on the plan there can be, this can be up to 12 users maximum per server. We use the strongest hardware on the market with multiples hard disks. What matters more, is how many users are per hard disk, and we never cross 4 users per one hard disk. We designed our plans to give the absolutely best IO results for each customer. We never oversell, and we never put more clients then needed on servers, to bring the best Seedbox service to you.

  • Will I remain anonymous with a Seedbox?

    This is what a Seedbox will give you. Complete anonymity. Our Seedbox plans also have OpenVPN installed inside of them, available to use, and you can use encrypted protocols such as SFTP.

  • What about bandwidth limits?

    We have none. You get an unlimited amount of bandwidth with every plan. You don’t need to worry about any caps or limits on your end with us.
