Can Outlook use a SOCKS proxy natively?

No. Outlook only supports HTTP/HTTPS proxies via the OS. For SOCKS, use Proxifier or similar tunnel tools to force traffic through SOCKS.

Will proxy settings affect Outlook Web (OWA)?
