2. Bind apps or set global routing rules

In Potatso’s rule editor, add per-app or domain rules: select the app or domain, choose the profile you created, and set the action to Proxy, Direct, or Proxy then Direct. Test by forcing one app through the proxy and browsing to an IP check endpoint to confirm the exit IP.

3. Monitor, switch, and automate
